Installation of Software and Drivers for TS 240 Remote Deposit Capture Scanner with Fidelity Bank

  1. It is recommended to use one of the following browsers:

Since you are using a scanner that is/was linked to another bank’s Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) service, please power off the scanner, disconnect the USB cable from the PC, and unplug the power cord from the back of the scanner. You will connect it in step 7. Please follow these steps to uninstall the other bank’s RDC software files:
    • Search in ‘Computer’ under ‘Programs
    • Uninstall any programs with the name ‘Remote Deposit‘.
    • Remove the software already installed.
  3. Create a folder on your desktop and name it ‘Fidelity Bank’.
  4. To download the scanner drivers, click the appropriate button below based on your version of Windows: ‘Download for Windows 10‘ or ‘Download for Windows 11′.
  5. Click ‘Select All’ and then ‘Download’.
  6. Save the files to the new ‘Fidelity Bank’ folder on your desktop.
  7. Open the folder once the download is complete and choose to ‘Extract All’ files. Choose either A or B below based on the version of Windows installed on your computer.
    1. For Windows 10:
      • Install the SCO12555 file.
      • Install Fiserv_SHIP_RangerRemoteSC_v1.4.2.1.
    2. For Windows 11:
      • Install Fiserv_SHIP_RangerForDigitalCheckTSSSeries_CX30_4.9.4.0-
        2.2.2.8-RR-v2.2.1.7-NL.
  8. Attach the scanner cords to your computer and power it on to allow the drivers to download/update, and then reboot your computer.
  9. Login into Fidelity Business Online Banking via www.bankatfidelity.com as usual and navigate to ‘Checks & Deposits’, then select ‘Deposit Checks’, to launch the RDC dashboard.
