Meet the Management Team

Noelle Krempasky serves as Vice President and Director of Marketing. In her role, she oversees the strategic marketing efforts of the organization, including digital sales. Since 2018, Krempasky has served as Marketing Manager, helping to create a robust and competitive brand. Her efforts, including her innovative approach to marketing, drive sales in all divisions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Cedar Crest College, Allentown. She’s also a graduate of the American Bankers Association School of Bank Marketing, where she earned her Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation, and is a graduate of Leadership Lackawanna, Class of 2011.
