As Wealth Management Client Services Specialist, Madison is responsible for cultivating and enhancing client relationships. She works hard to ensure clients are given exceptional service through her oversight of the onboarding process among other responsibilities. Based in Dunmore, Madison has a background in banking, having obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance with a minor in Management, from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.

Madison dedicates her time outside of the office to making a positive impact in her community. Over the past two years, she has been an active volunteer for Friends of the Poor, a noteworthy non-profit agency based in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Through her volunteer work, Madison contributes to the agency's mission of supporting low to moderate-income families, demonstrating her commitment to serving others beyond the confines of her professional role.
