Meet the Team

Terri Hinton is Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Fidelity Bank. Managing the bank's legal portfolio, she coordinates all activities linked to the detection, identification, and mitigation of legal and compliance risk. Terri also participates in business transactions and the negotiation and preparation of contracts for the bank.

Terri received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law, is an Honors Program graduate of St. Francis University and has also earned her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation from Cannon Financial Institute. Prior to joining Fidelity Bank, Terri served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Francis Barry of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, followed by more than 25 years in the private practice of law focusing in the areas of civil litigation, estates and trusts, real estate and regulatory compliance.

In the community, Terri is a member of the Pennsylvania and the Lackawanna County Bar Associations. She is also an active member of Lackawanna Pro Bono’s Elder Law Clinic which provides income-qualified county residents age 60 and over with free wills, powers of attorney, living wills and brief advice on civil legal matters. Terri also volunteers her time as an assistant women’s tennis coach with Marywood University.
