Meet the Management Team

Mary McNichols is Sr. Vice President and Human Resource Director, With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, she is responsible for the strategic direction for employer/employee related programs, training, and more.

A graduate of Penn State University, she holds professional designations including Certified Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA), Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Currently, McNichols serves as Board Member of the Professional Development Committee for the PA Banker’s Association. She is also the Past Chairperson and Advisory Board member of the Wealth Management & Trust Conference, and a board member and Group 3 leader of the organization’s Women in Banking initiative. She also belongs to the SHRM National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)/Northeast PA SHRM.

Active in her community, she serves many local and regional non-profit organizations.
