Meet the Management Team

Michael J. Pacyna, Jr., serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. Mike has over 30 years of local banking experience working with companies and owners in the development of customized solution for credit and non-credit needs. In his role, Mike oversees the following lines of business; commercial lending, business banking, treasury management, merchant services, and Fidelity Bank at Work. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Scranton and resides in South Abington Township.
