Meet the Management Team

Eugene J. Walsh is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Fidelity Bank. He has been with Fidelity Bank since 2014.  He was previously Executive Vice President and Senior Loan Officer of Fidelity Bank from 2001 to 2005. During the interim period, Mr. Walsh served as Vice President, Government Banking & Corporate Lending at another financial institution and Chief Financial Officer of a area manufacturing business.

Mr. Walsh holds both his Bachelor's degree and his Master's of Business Administration from the University of Scranton.
